Bert Geraerts, Hodges Beaumaris (as of this week as a director): “At the moment there isn’t much around, and listings are attracting 2-3 buyers in the $1-1.2m range before advertising due to stock shortages. Things look like stabilising over the next few months, it’s a great time to think about selling as there seem to be plenty of buyers in the south Bayside area.”
