On a drizzly day Arch Staver of Nelson Alexander informed the crowd that this was one of the last opportunities to pick up a quality double fronted in Fitzroy North prior to the commencement of the festive season. Bidding was slow to start but got underway at the $1,000,000 mark. From here bidding moved in $20,000 increments between two parties - coming to a halt at $1,200,000 - the property was then announced on the market, however this failed to spark additional interest and the property was sold under the hammer at $1,200,000.
