A confident David Gillham fronted a crowd of about 60 assured that he would sell this property. There certainly were a couple of developers amongst the crowd who seemed keen to snap it up. This was shown by the confident $1,000,000 opening bid made by one person who was joined by another two bidders as they quickly pushed the price to $1,120,000 where Mr Gillham declared the property on the market. At around $1,150,000 it looked like the auction was over however Mr Gillham's persuasive powers pulled one bidder back in as he started to accommodate $1000 bids. The property was finally knocked down to the original bidder at $1,186,000 who looked very happy with their purchase.
