This was shown by the confident $1,000,000 opening bid made by one person who was joined by another two bidders as they quickly pushed the price to $1,120,000 where Mr Gillham declared the property on the market. The property was finally knocked down to the original bidder at $1,186,000 who looked very happy with their purchase.
