12 Gatehouse Lane, ALBERT PARK
PASSED IN - $1,125,000
The quiet chatter of 40, many of whom were neighbours, filled the street. Auctioneer Damian O’Sullivan described the property as being situated in a wonderfully convenient location with a “village feel” and offering a “wonderful lifestyle.” Mr O’Sullivan opened proceedings with a vendor bid of $950,000 and looked for rises of $25,000. Before long two bidders were competing for the property and Mr O’Sullivan further encouraged the rivalry. Bidding was determined and reached $1,125,000 but with no further bidding the property was passed in at this figure.
