A brief auction that was over in a blink of the eye, according to agent Tim Cooney. Auctioneer Sam Paynter took centre stage and both opened and closed on a vendor bid of $2,200,000. A small crowd of around 20 had gathered to watch proceedings and promptly left after the home was passed in. Tim said there were a few people interested after the auction so hopefully a sale will be negotiated soon.
