PASSED IN - $2,000,000

It is always harder to conduct proceedings inside, and there is none better at it than David Wood when it comes to this type of auction. David seems to caress the crowd rather than being over aggressive and this, to my way of thinking, helps relax everyone. That said, nobody in the crowd felt inspired enough to bid after David made an opening vendor bid of $2,000,000. Half time was quickly called which was a little strange as David had clearly pointed out that this was to be a non referral action. After returning from a quick half time the property was re-offered to the crowd with the same lacklustre response and the property was passed in.
