54 Byron Street, ELWOOD

54 Byron Street, ELWOOD

PASSED IN - $1,900,000
Auctioneer Torsten Kasper was lucky enough to time the auction of this substantial Elwood property to coincide with a break in the rain. That’s where Torsten’s luck ran out however, as it was necessary to opening the bidding with a vendor bid of $1,875,000. This had little impact on the small crowd of 20 and the vendor bid was raised to $1,900,000, which again saw little interest and the property was passed in.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

We could not have asked any more of you or Mal, and we would highly recommend you both singly and together to anyone who would seek our advice. We will be reading all the advice you sent through also, and must say, that so far, this has been the easi...
