29 Avondale Street, HAMPTON

PASSED IN - $1,750,000
Having sold the house next door only weeks ago, the Hodges team was eager to see if they could repeat their success at number 29. A similar sized crowd had turned out too, so when James Paynter and Stephen Wigley stepped out into the street there was a bit of a buzz in the air. Unfortunately though the buzz in the air didn't translate to any bids. Mr Paynter opened proceedings with a vendor bid of $1,700,000 and passed the property on a second of $1,750,000.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

We will be reading all the advice you sent through also, and must say, that so far, this has been the easi...
