10 Victoria Street, SANDRINGHAM

BOUGHT* - $1,935,000
This home had been offered for auction late last year so I, among many of those gathered, was keen to see what would happen when it was offered this time around. Peter Kennet was at the helm and after a slight delay in kicking off proceedings, offered a vendor bid of $1,675,000 and we were away. After an initially slow start, one bidder entered the fray and before we knew it we had a two, then three-way battle on our hands. A known agent, buying on behalf of his client, was the eventual successor, sealing the deal with an offer of $1,935,000.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL

We even made an offer on one property, only to miss out due to the (unpredictable) actions of the vendor's real estate agent. We felt quite 'low' at that time, but you provided a...
