17 Robertson Street, TOORAK

PASSED IN - $3,000,000
A lovely tree-lined street formed the backdrop for this Toorak auction. Those who congregated, many of whom were neighbours, chatted quietly as they waited. Auctioneer Jeremy Fox explained that the property was built around 20 years ago and was a “truly fantastic house.” Proceedings were opened with a vendor bid of $3,000,000 and rises of $20,000 were sought from the crowd. Mr Fox did his utmost to encourage bidding but with all in attendance standing as spectators the property was passed in. The group of 35 were slow to disperse.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL

We even made an offer on one property, only to miss out due to the (unpredictable) actions of the vendor's real estate agent. We felt quite 'low' at that time, but you provided a...
