PASSED IN - $1,350,000

At first it seemed to be touch and go as to whether this auction would go ahead - only a handful of people had gathered to watch. But David Hart and Halli Moore perservered and, after a great spiel about the area, the house and the decent sized block, it was surprising that at least someone in the small crowd wasn't keen to put up their hand! Mr Hart opened on a vendor bid of $1,350,000 but, with no further action, the property was passed in swiftly and the crowd quietly drifted away. Mr Hart said an offer had been made post auction so perhaps we will see a sold sticker out front in the near future.
