2/6 Findon Crescent, KEW
BOUGHT* - $1,510,000
A strong auction this one and you sensed it was always going to be. Properties such as this always tend to atttract strong competition in Kew - single level, well kept, detached house in a quiet area, perfect for a down-sizer. In front of around 90 people, auctioneer Scott Patterson did very well to conduct the traffic from 6 bidders - this was an entertaining, quickfire auction. Opening with a genuine (albeit very low bid) of $950,000, a vendor bid was quickly placed at $1,100,000 and it didnt take too long to see some good spirited bidding. The property was on the market at $1,300,000 and sold under the hammer for $1,510,000. Solid result for the vendor here (largely due to campaign agent Judy Balloch), yet not totally unexpected.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
