A great auction here with strong bidding from the two main contenders. Justin Long was auctioneer and led a great battle from start to finish. Opening on a vendor bid of $3,000,000, Justin didn't have to wait long for a genuine bidder to enter the fray. The bidding was fast and furious and, although there were three bidders in total, it came down to a war between two very strong parties. It was entertaining to watch and, when Justin declared the home was "well and truly" on the market at $3,700,000, it didn't take long for the sale price of $3,900,000 to be reached. A great auction all round.
