BOUGHT* - $3,410,000

I first visited this property at a mid week open three weeks ago - it was packed with people excited at seeing this very rare offering. Auctioneer Arch Staver was also pleased to be offering this property to a crowd in excess of 270 people. Arch didn't waste anytime and quickly asked for bids somewhere near the quote range. A bid of $2,000,000 was offered and reluctantly accepted as Arch quickly increased it $2,5000,000 with a vendor bid. Two other bidders were now engaged and at $3,000,000, half time was called. After a lengthy half time the last bidder was asked to increase their bid by $25,000 for the property would then be declared on the market – which they did. Two bidders eventually left the contest and after 37 bids the property was knocked down to bidder number one for $3,410,000.
