Auctioneer Michael Szulc described the property as the “full package in a wonderful position on a wonderful block of land.” Mr Szulc opened proceedings with a vendor bid of $1,100,000 and worked hard to encourage bidding from the assembled group. A final vendor bid of $1,120,000 followed. However with all those gathered standing silently, the property was passed in.
