A great auction filled with lively and passionate bidders who each tried their best to win the prize. Although a vendor bid from auctioneer Robert Ding was needed to get things started, the momentum picked up quickly as two bidders immediately took control of the auction. Not long after, the property was on the market at $1,075,000 and just as one of the bidders thought they had secured the property a third bidder popped up. This late surge was enough to secure the property which brought disappointment to the losing bidders who were close but not close enough.
