Mr Tickell highlighted the benefits of this fine home, renovated to modern day with the charm of old, he also shared with us the history of this once called "Gypsy Village", now a modern day Sandringham, with access to all the modern day facilities required for a growing family. Mr Tickell opened the bidding at $1,3650,000, silence fell over the street the only announcement heard was a single "RUFF", which Mr Tickell acknowledged and supported the owner at the other end of the leash to continue, with no reward. After short consultation with the vendors, no bids came forward from the crowd and the property was passed in.
