A quick preamble was provided by auctioneer Gerard Delany who acknowledged the looming black clouds and impending rain. Unfortunately he wasn't quick enough as the crowd scattered mid way through the auction to avoid being drenched from the sudden downpour. This event did not perturb two bidders who offered some bids but did not reach the reserve and the property was passed in.
