144 Danks Street, ALBERT PARK

PASSED IN - $2,410,000
Only a block from Albert Park beach, this property certainly drew a crowd. But despite its position and a great preamble by auctioneer Karl Gillon for Abercromby's (with Buxton), the home failed to sell at auction today. Opening with a vendor bid of $2,300,000, Mr Gillon valiantly extracted bids from two parties, but after conferring with the vendor, was forced to pass in the property at $2,410,000.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
