Mr Tickell spoke proudly of Sandringham and of the wonderful features the home offered. Bidding commenced at $1,190,000 but stalled at $1,250,000 at which time Mr Tickell sought instructions. On the market at $1,340,000 it became a two-horse race with the winning bidder crossing the line at $1,368,000.
