Despite the heat of the sun, the reaction to an opening vendor bid of $2.9 million was cool and Mr Stuart was unable to draw any genuine bids from the crowd. After a brief discussion with the vendor, and a reminder to onlookers that they would be missing out on a great opportunity, Mr Stuart reluctantly passed in the property at the above mentioned price.
