A magnificent Melbourne day saw the charismatic Daniel Wheeler kick things off with a $1,100,000 vendor bid after the crowd refused to begin the bidding themselves. After some cajoling from Mr Wheeler, two bidders announced themselves with the first legitimate bid at $1,120,000. Going back and forth between the two interested parties, Mr Wheeler skilfully did everything he could for his vendor, managing to bring the selling price of the property up to $1,334,000 at which point the property was sold. Approximately 60 or so people where on hand and seeking shelter from the brilliant sunshine to watch the proceedings.
