36 Wave Street, ELWOOD

36 Wave Street, ELWOOD

PASSED IN - $1,950,000
A family-oriented neighbourhood formed the backdrop for this auction. The auctioneer Sam Gamon, of Chisholm & Gamon, was bursting with enthusiasm as he endeavoured to inspire the 80 strong crowd to commence bidding with a vendor bid of $1,900,000. This drew no response from the assembled group. Nor did the next bid, a vendor bid, of $1,950,000 prove successful. So despite a valiant attempt, Mr Gamon passed in the property.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL
Mal, led us through the process in a logical concise manner where it became obvious to us that the decision should be to buy the property. Your handling of negotiations was superb...the Vendors could do nothing else but accept our offer. It made good sense to them and us. Prospective purchasers think with emotion and whilst you took that into consideration, you also guided us very gentl...
