Auctioneer Warwick Anderson was quickly doing a lot of arithmetic as three interested parties took off with the bidding opening at $3,300,000. 'Are we there yet?', one bidder sought guidance from Mr Anderson several times, but unsuccessfully. The property passed in at $3,680,000 with the highest bidder keen to finish things off after auction and solve the mystery.
