There was some spirited competition from 2 interested parties but not enough to buy the property and it was passed in on a geniune bid of $1,235,000. It was later bought for an undisclosed sum. Overall a fun auction and Mr Batrouney did a great job keeping the bids flowing right up to the very end. Bought after for an undisclosed amount over $1,300,000.
