Early morning auction and a small turn out for the sale of a new building site in Ivanhoe East. Bidding opened at $1,100,000 and moved up to $1,200,000 quite easily in increments of $10,000. Then a jump-bid was placed at $1,250,000 and David Oster of Jellis Craig announced the property was on the market. From here bidding moved in the $5,000s with the occasional jump-bid. The property was sold under the hammer for an undisclosed figure.
