11 Addison Street, ELWOOD

PASSED IN - $2,350,000
After a slow start, where spectators were happy to just stand in the sun and enjoy the morning, auctioneer Torsten Kasper opened with a vendor bid of $2,250,000 soon followed by another vendor bid of $2,300,000. After an attempt to draw bids from the crowd, he ventured in for the half time break. Upon return, he successfully extracted one genuine bid of $2,350,000 and the property was passed in for private negotiations.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
