Auctioneer Warwick Anderson had little to do but follow as bidders came in quick and strong opening with a bid of $3,000,000. Four bidders fought it out but, despite some competitive bidding, the property was passed in at $3,903,000. An innocent wave from the the crowd during Mr Anderson's climatic finale got the crowd anticipating a nail-biting conclusion, instead there were a few laughs and the crowd dispersed. Bought after for an undisclosed amount.
