22 Stawell Street, RICHMOND

BOUGHT* - $910,000
This auction worked in three parts: Part 1 was silent and slow, seeing auctioneer Scott Patterson doing all the work, opening with a vendor bid of $800,000, followed by another of $810,000 to a silent crowd of 40. Eventually one bidder made themselves known and a break was held at $820,000. Part 2 saw some action, another bidder piped up and some strong bidding between the two took place before another intermission. The conclusion (part 3) was much like the opening. One bidder gave up, leaving the original bidder with first right to negotiate with a pass in price of $900,000.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL
Mal did the entire running around as regards phone calls and paperwork and made a potentially stressful situation completely stress free. In fact, all we did was inspect the property and sign the contract.
