15 Daley Street, BENTLEIGH

PASSED IN - $1,300,000
A cloudy, mild day in Melbourne saw auctioneer Craig Williamson do his best to extract an opening bid from this reluctant Bentleigh crowd. He allowed for a long stretch of silence before announcing a vendor bid of $1,300,000 which did nothing to change the mood. The crowd of almost 50 watched on silently for several more minutes as the property was passed in. There were no bidders on the day and the auction was over within 6-7 minutes.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
