A dog fight in the park across the street mirrored the showdown between the two parties - the price quickly heading upwards until it reached $2,100,000, when one of the two bidders reluctantly threw in the towel, his opponent the happy new owner of this Mitford Street home. Entertaining auction with initially three bidders (resulting in a battle between two) and a crowd of around 60 people.
