Andrew Macmillan's auctioneering was ably supported by Hugh Hardy throughout this auction. At the very beginning, an onlooker (who ended up being a bidder) questioned the vendor's duty of disclosure... something about car-parking. Rather than allowing this interjection to derail proceedings, the Ben Mac duo quickly moved onto fielding bids. A bid of $2,310,000 was met with a knock-out bid attempt of $2,400,000 which was then eclipsed by a further $10,000 rise. The $2,400,000 bidder was clearly agitated and left unhappy. Not a dull moment from start to finish!
