David Wood and Michael Coen from Hocking Stuart looked like a couple of undertakers at this auction - the vibe was simply not there - no lack of effort from David or Michael - just seemingly no interest. However before I got to get my coffee after leaving this passed in home I got a text from Michael saying 3 bidders post auction and bought for $1,500,000. Go figure - why wouldn't you bid just to see if there were really another two bidders.
