Auctioneer Jeremy Fox got things under-way with a vendor bid of $7,000,000 as the crowd quietly enjoyed the incredible views. He was unable to stir a response during the auction and the property passed in at this price. It appeared that negotiations were beginning post auction as the crowd parted for a stroll down the beach.
