36 Chrystobel Crescent, HAWTHORN
PASSED IN - $3,600,000
This beautiful Hawthorn property drew a large crowd of around 100 people to this auction on a sensational winter's day in Melbourne. Auctioneer Robert Vickers-Willis attempted to leave the bidding to the expansive audience with little success, before announcing a vendor bid of $3,600,000. Waiting patiently for several minutes and still receiving no interest from the vibrant yet reluctant crowd, Mr. Vickers-Willis returned to his vendors for a brief discussion. Upon his return, and still receiving no bids from the crowd, the property was passed in and those in attendance dispersed promptly.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
