PASSED IN - $1,510,000

There was an exciting pre-auction buzz which was further fuelled by the arrival of a shiny black Porshe. But the level of interest quickly died after auctioneer Scott Patterson was forced to open with a vendor bid of $1,500,000. After moments of silence from the medium sized crowd of 70, Mr Patterson followed with another vendor bid. With no geniune bids, the property was passed in, to which Mr Patterson commented he was "very surprised" with the result. There were quite a few groups hanging around post-auction so perhaps this home will be bought soon.
