65-67 Charles Street, PRAHRAN

PASSED IN - $1,400,000
Quite a surreal auction all round. It began with delays due to trouble locating keys to the property for inspection. Still, 70 people thought this twin house auction was worth the wait in the cold. Auctioneer George Metax located three bidders, one opening the bidding at $1,200,000. Mr Metax responded with a vendor bid of $1,300,000 and the auction took off in right direction. A couple of breaks, a lot of 'is it on the market yet?' and the property eventually passed in at $1,400,000.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
