8 Blessington Street, ST KILDA

BOUGHT* - $1,410,000
Adam Guest of Century 21 was firing on all cylinders as he tried to rev up the assembled group of 50. Although Mr Guest was greeted by a less than energetic response, he accepted an opening bid of $1,300,000. This was followed by a vendor bid of $1,400,000 and then the crowd choked and stalled. After a brief conference, Mr Guest re-opened the bidding and another bid of $1,410,000 came from the only other bidder on the day. The property was announced on the market and with no further bids was sold in a heartbeat for $1,410,000.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL
We truly appreciate the way you managed the negotiation and purchase strategy with the real estate agents. After 4 years overseas it was good to be able to rely on the services of James Buyers to provide a balanced view of the tangible and intangible aspects of purchasing a family home in the Melbourne market.
