100 Oak Street, BEAUMARIS

100 Oak Street, BEAUMARIS

BOUGHT* - $1,210,000
A fine misty rain made the decision clear – the auction was to be held inside. Mark Earle of Buxton was in a somewhat subdued mood as was the small group of 20. Two little ones rolling on the floor provided a family vibe to the auction as it commenced with an opening bid of $1,100,000. Apart from one bidder, no interest was forthcoming. So, after a final vendor bid of $1,210,000, Mr Earle passed in the property. It was later bought for that amount.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

After 4 years overseas it was good to be able to rely on the services of James Buyers to provide a balanced view of the tangible and intangible aspects of purchasing a family home in the Melbourne market.
