BOUGHT* RANGE - $987,770 - $1,086,650
A 10am start: this reporter was impressed that auctioneer Scott Patterson was back from the Friday night disco in time to conduct proceedings. Having said that, he quickly got things under way with a bid of $850,000 from the first of two bidders. A small crowd of around 40, which was expected – vacant land sale. The bidding went up in $10,000’s and $20,000’s until on the market at $950,000 and finally bought at $1,030,000 by the original bidder. Enjoyable auction. Nobody does them better than Scott at around a million. Short, punchy preamble with the rules; fast paced, gets them on the market when it’s good for the auction and knocks them down to those that bid and play the game – only passes them in if the buyers aren’t there. Isn’t that what an auction is!

James Home Ratings Report - 112 Eglinton Street, KEW

UNDISCLOSED RATING
BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
