PASSED IN - $1,600,000
There wasn't even the rustle of leaves to break the silence at this auction conducted by Toby Parker. In front of a medium sized crowd of 60, Mr Parker opened with a vendor bid of $1,600,000 asking for rises of $25,000. With no takers Mr Parker relaxed the increment to $10,000 but this fell on deaf ears and the property was promptly passed in on that first vendor bid. A very quiet auction.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL
We truly appreciate the way you managed the negotiation and purchase strategy with the real estate agents. After 4 years overseas it was good to be able to rely on the services of James Buyers to provide a balanced view of the tangible and intangible aspects of purchasing a family home in the Melbourne market. The rating system and review process certainl...
