Great to see an all-woman team run both campaign and auction. And auctioneer Danielle Martin certainly meant business from the moment she accepted a bid of $900,000 to kick-start proceedings. Despite her best efforts however, and a strong preamble, no further bidders came forward and she was forced to pass in the property on a vendor bid of $1,000,000. A small, quiet crowd of around 35 people and quiet vibe.
