24 Boxshall Street, BRIGHTON

PASSED IN - $3,000,000
Very strong vibe felt at this auction with almost 150 people enjoying the afternoon sun in the heart of Middle Brighton, lazing around the grounds of Brighton Library. Auctioneer David Hart, however, was unable to extract any bids after his vendor bid of $3,000,000. The property passed in at this price, and despite the lack of auction action the atmosphere was buzzing.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL
Just over a year ago you negotiated the purchase of our little place. One of the units opposite ours (ie with the back courtyard backing the railway line and the crossing about 3 units up - the side you wouldn't let us buy on), which is exactly like ours, recently went on the market and sold at the first open inspectio...
