45 Havelock Street, ST KILDA

PASSED IN - $880,000
A crowd of 30 people braved the chilly weather and watched on as auctioneer Robert Harvey auctioned off this prime St. Kilda location. Surrounded by Acland, Fitzroy, Carlisle and Barkly streets the location was certainly hot but the auction was not. Mr Harvey did all he could to generate some activity but in the end all that was heard were his two vendor bids, one opened the bidding at $850,000 and the other closed it at $880,000.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
