22 Bendigo Street, PRAHRAN

PASSED IN - $910,000
On a sunbathed Bendigo St in Prahran, auctioneer Andrew James attempted to leave it to the crowd for an opening bid. After several minutes, and with no bids forthcoming, Mr. James announced a vendor bid of $900,000. Within a few moments, a bid was announced from the crowd for $910,000. Having consulted with the vendors, Mr. James returned stating that the home was not yet on the market, but with no further interest being shown by the crowd, the property was passed in. The was a crowd of around 40 people on hand to watch the proceedings with just one party bidding for the property.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
