9 Crown Avenue, CAMBERWELL

PASSED IN - $1,535,000
With the sun shining brightly on this Saturday afternoon in Melbourne, auctioneer Hamish Tostevin opened the auction with a vendor bid of $1,300,000. Within a few moments the first bid came from the vibrant crowd for $1,320,000. With 70 people in attendance, three bidders found their voices, driving the price up to $1,535,000. At this point Mr Tostevin went inside the home to seek further instructions from the vendors. Upon his return, there were no more bids made, and the property was passed in.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
