BOUGHT* RANGE - $1,294,650 - $1,424,250
Andrew Hayne got this brunch-time auction rolling with a brisk opening vendor bid of $1,100,000. It was met with a lightening fast, strong genuine bid of $1,200,000 which surprised the crowd that had milled around. Another bidder emerged to elevate the closing bid to $1,325,000 and the property was passed in for that figure. My further probing revealed that a sale price was negotiated post auction. Surely a relief to the purchaser who, I was told, had been house hunting for some 30 months!

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.
