A very entertaining auction which drew a crowd of around 100 people, who crammed into Twisden Rd to sneak a peak of Nick Renna in action. Opening on a genuine bid of $1,100,000, Mr Renna quickly responded with a vendor bid of $1,300,000. He then fielded bids from three interested parties. Inside at $1,300,600, Mr Renna returned for the business end of the auction. Although the property passed in at $1,420,000, the auction was exciting, fast and entertaining to say the least. A buyer agent acting on behalf of his client certainly stole the show with his theatrics, but Mr Renna must be commended for his professionalism throughout. Bought after for $1,460,000.
