35 Hosken Street, BALWYN NORTH

BOUGHT* - Undisclosed
Auctioneer Geoff Hall was hoping that being on the high side of the street would translate into a high price. Mr Hall did manage to get an opening bid of $1,000,000 from the crowd of 50, but this bargain basement offer was declined and so the auction commenced with a vendor bid of $1,550,000. There was some slow bidding between two bidders which pushed the price along to $1,600,000 at which point it was passed in. Overall a fairly quiet auction. Bought after for an undisclosed amount.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
Not only do we report on the state of the Melbourne Real Estate market, we are also government licensed Buyer Advocates. We only work for buyers, so think of us as the opposite of selling agents.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL
Quite simply, we wouldn't have bought the house without you. We wouldn't have heard about the property, wouldn't have looked at it, wouldn't have clearly assessed its short and long term potential for us, and certainly wouldn't have secured the property at a very hotly contested auction! We are both very metho...
