31 Radnor Street, CAMBERWELL
BOUGHT* - $1,672,500
Auctioneer Scott Patterson decided to hold the auction indoors on this muggy, rainy Saturday in Melbourne. There had been a lot of interest for the property prior to the auction date, so it was always likely to be sold on the day. So, it was surprising for Mr Patterson to have to make two vendor bids, one for $1,500,000 and another minutes later for $10,000 more. After discussing the situation with his vendor and returning to the crowd, there was a bid made as soon as the auction restarted for $1,520,000. From then on, 2 more bidders joined in and the property was eventually bought under the hammer for $1,672,500 to a very determined bidder who refused to be beaten. There was a strong atmosphere in the crowd of around 40 people who applauded the winning bidder at the conclusion of the auction.

BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
